“The pieces that I make take anything disposable or transient and make it permanent,” says Virginia Sin, founder of the Brooklyn-primarily based style studio SIN, and her Gluttony Collection of ceramic tableware expresses that sentiment precisely. Comprised of a suite of startlingly authentic looking ‘paper’ plates and ‘wafer’ ice cream cones, the pieces finish the circle that starts when the disposable replaces the permanent.
